We want you to love your Anna + Nina treasures, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all jewelry and accessories are returned in their original packaging with tags intact for a smooth process.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original Anna + Nina branded boxes and use the original shipping mailer to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the generated return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point; remember to keep your proof of postage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
